Thanks for the vid, we didnt know the regular housing sucked so bad underwater and now have a bunch of blurry footage from our snorkeling in Bali :( Definitely getting this for the next trip :)

which ever works for you. tho i think you get a much more stable picture when u use a camera tray. the head mount is cool to and u can gets some cool angles. but your buoyancy / trim needs to be pretty good to get cools up shots. and also theres a pretty high chance of the head mount coming off in current or water entry, etc get a small lanyard if your going to use that.

Not long really, like 4 hours upload, the conversion in after effects was monsterous like 6-8 hours. my computer is beast tho. i just played video games and studied till it was all done.

that should not be a concern as long as you clean the seal and put o-ring lubricant every one or 2 times you open it. ive gone 6 time without maintenance with no problems. but do clean it, stuff does start to get in there

I just bought a HD hero 2. I guess you had no water leakage even after an hour in the water? Thats my one concern.

clear filter. you get good color at about 15-10 minus feet. for example at 8:32 unless your snorkelling shallow water, a CY filter or FLB filter would be good.
