OMG that poor bearded dragon does not look Healthy at all. It doesn't look like it doesn't have UVB light which is extremely bad for him/her. It looks like he/she has metabolic disease which is extremely dangerous and hurts a lot that is probably why it's just laying there. This is in no way shape or form targeting oil or anyone!! I am just telling people that, that's not what a healthy bearded dragon looks like!!

The fish will die without proper filtration and the right water perimeters. Also they will grow to be quite large and then this small pond will be not big enough for them, leading in them probably dying of stress which will lead to another problem: if the metal above the pond couldn’t be lifted for moving the fish in, there will be no way of lifting it to scoop the dead fish out, leading to them rotting in the water. So nitrite and ammonia will rise and the other koi will also die. As an end result the pond will smell like death.
Buying fish without informing yourself about proper care sounds fun, doesn’t it?
No wonder his parents only trusted him with stick insects.
