the diffusers do not lay flat they float and my tubing came with kinks??

+Carlos Lopez They float due to air pushing through it. You can weigh it down with a small weight or a rock. I am sorry to hear of the kinks, they should come out if you straighten the line.

Hi Chad here, I just bought the pond air 2 from you,and built a 3 gallon bucket with some foam inside , do I need some kind of vent for fresh air, I took the pomp apart and looks like it just draws air inside the pump, and it's sealed,I guess I just need to know if I have to vent the bucket!!, for the pump,Thanks Chad.

@billr0561 Hi Bill! The air compressors on the Pond Air 2 and 4 are required to be protected from the outdoor elements. The compressor simply needs to be located in an area that is protected from the weather (rain/snow). It is typical for compressors in this price and performance range to have the same requirements. Aquascape does offer the Pond Air PRO 60, which is a larger aeration system. The compressor on the larger version can be stored outside.
