Why some people use sit in kayaks in choppy water or fast rivers is beyond me half these guys would be fine if they had a spray skirt.

Some of my family and friends, and even random people, we went out on a 5 day kayaking trip where we stayed st a camp and kayaking around the water like 5/8 miles a day, on our last day some of us did a clinic, meaning training, we did edging, paddling and all that. The fun started when we practiced recovering from capsizing. So when it was my turn I intentionally (obviously) flipped my Boat, now, getting out of the kayaking upside down, flipping it over, putting the paddle on paddle float, getting back (I'm almost 13 so it was easy getting back in I don't weigh much) in and pumping out water was easy. The hardest part; dealing with that cold water in a swimming suit only. It was like trying to type or write while having freezing water with ice poured on you. Shivering and not being able to focus. But overall it was kinda fun.

I have a kayak, I capsize a lot.
It's a sit on, so it's easier to get in after capsizing. But I rlly want a sit in. :)

Capsizing in murky river water surrounded by reeds is the absolute worst thing, because your kayak fills with water, and you have to stand there (if it's shallow enough) and pump it out (assuming you have a pump on board, which you should). And then you have to re-enter, which is ridiculously hard by yourself in any water, shallow or otherwise.
