Missing Australia, the fishing and the adventures made me start watching your videos. The videos soon became my favorite thing to watch on YouTube but recently the advertisement of different brands seem to be in the focus of the videos not the fishing anymore.

I totally understand the need to make a living but in my opinion the videos have lost a lot of their authenticity.

The cooking and over night adventure gets the views, not the fishing. People ask me what gear I use, it’s easier to show in the video than reply to 100-300 comments per video. I’m sorry, but if pure fishing did better I’d be all over it, but it’s not so.

another great vid andy, when you're back home a catch and cook idea i had was for you to make a Baja tacos. Just filllet some strips (jack, barra, whiting) cook them in some oil with flour and spices on the outside. then prepare a salad then place the fish in the tacos then the salad on top! Yum

I’ve found a few specs of gold, and only 30km from home, there’s an old gold mine. Topaz and Saphires are in creeks, not to mention all the other crystals. I know what you mean about comments and time. When I upload a popular video I struggle to keep up.

For sure, my major struggle is getting any time to actually get out and make videos as Youtube is something I do in addition to my paid work and it's got to the point where I'm going to have to leave most of the comments unanswered now if I want to make any videos at all, lol
I thought I could keep it up until I reached 100k subs but as my business continues to grow it is becoming ridiculous to spend hours every day replying to comments.
I know YouTube is your job but I still think it is incredible you reply to so many comments and still find all that time for adventuring - would be great to see the Topaz. I fist thought that is what people got by digging all those shafts in the desert but that is Opals. You should try panning for gold too in some of those remote areas - you never know what is still out in those unexplored areas...

What a gorgeous spot, loved everything especially the camping aspect, thoroughly enjoyed this. That grill was insanely cool man what a gadget to have around camp. That meal you cooked up had my mouth watering like crazy those sausages looked so damn good. Another great video Andy you never disappoint thanks for sharing.
