Dicks just lowered the price online to $329.98, so the price keeps getting better. They offer like a 90 day lowest price guarantee so you can go and get reimbursed the difference.

Forgot to mention that the seat is the only thing that's better than the tamarack.
Thanks for showing this - I'm not going to recommend the Teton, it's good to know
these differences on various kayaks - but I'm afraid this Teton comes up way short
on value. I don't think you're getting your monies worth on this one.

will do. Without the hatches - looks bare bones to me. I think you can store more "stuff" on top of the tamarack than the teton, even taking the hatches out of the equation.

I don't know that any other kayaks in its price range has the nice seat and accessories rail. If it had the same deck layout and hatches as the tamarack it would hands down be my pick. I just posted an on water review if you want to see it in action.

The seat is really nice, and I do like the accessory rail. So much so that I will add it to the Tamarack if I keep it. I am not sold that I am keeping the Teton. I am waiting to hear back from Lifetime about how they expect someone to lay it out, and I am taking it on another test run. It's a hard decision. I may take it back and wait until I can find a Yukon.

The Yukon is a little bigger, idk if it comes with a hatch.

Yeah I believe it is 18 inches longer I believe and comes with a hatch. I couldn't locate one of them in my area unfortunately. Looks like a dream to me, I may end up swapping this for one of those if I can find one.

I can camo those orange pieces, or spray paint them black, or maybe some kind of tuff paint, or rubberized spray.

Ya I wish it came with a hatch, you can modify it and cut out your own, just seal it good, there is videos on it I think.
