+Daisy May Jackson boats is everything! Well I guess it depends on what you are doing, there are at least as many ways to go kayaking than to go cycling. To make it simple, if you are more oriented into freestyle, you'll get shorter boats, and if you are more into long distance river descents, you'll get bigger boats as the ones on this video. (please excuse the potential mistakes in English, I'm French)

Rafa's Gopro falls off the front of his boat in the last shot. It is there at 4:49 but is gone in 4:53. They obviosly recovered the camera but it makes you question how easy is it to lose a GoPro.

Pretty difficult to lose actually. Most people use a secondary tether so that if the base mount breaks, hopefully paracord tied around the camera and something else (like your helmet) will hold. Additionally, you can attach foam to it so it can float. Only people I know who have lost them permanently have not used tethers.
