Edit: But once when I lived in Orgeon, we had a Hurricane. (Very rare) So we thought nothing about it until I heard a loud crack, my window had broke and my fence blew down completely. But later my father went outside to fix the fence during the Hurricane. It turns out the thing that had done that was an 100 MPH wind gust. :/
