Wish that Fox Squirrels were legal again in Florida. There are plenty of them but some special interest groups got them protected several years ago.

In my state as long as the boat engine is off its legal.

It varies from state to state, but that usually refers to motorized watercraft. Non-powered canoes, kayaks, creepers, punts, pirogues, or whatever else are often allowed. Check your local game laws to be sure, though.
