I saw another review that showed the deck flexing when standing in front of the seat. Have you seen this and if so what are your thoughts? I was ready to pull the trigger on this kayak until I saw the review with the deck flexing as much as it was. Thanks!

Awsome yak ,ive been looking to get something like your yak,i have a 18ft cc made fisher but unfortunately it has sat for a few years. Ive been thinking about selling all of trailor outboards etc to try something like this . I honestly think i would get more use out of the yak then the boat. That said how much is your setup if you don't mind me asking, also any advice you could give would be appreciated, tight lines thks

Besides the cost of the yak the rest of the setup probably would run you around another $1,000. There are cheaper options for yaks but you do get what you pay for when it comes to a solid platform to fish from.

I use yak grips on my Atak 14 handles. Just unscrew handles and slide on a set of yak grips, very comfortable and durable.

As long as your tarpon has the track rails you can set it up towards what you are going to be doing. I only had to cut my 120 for rod holders and used the tracks for the rest.

Mount Franklin I bought a smart charger from batteries plus bulbs. It almost looks like jumper cables and you just hook them up to the red and black connectors on the battery
