60 miles per hour = 100 kilometers per hour. Anyone with a car knows that. That's why there's a little 100 below the 60 on American vehicle speedometers. 56 kilometers per hour is more like, less than 30 miles per hour. Into the 20's even. Or they'd break their spines on impact with the water going highway speeds.
