I noticed the Harland & Wolff logo's cast into each of the giant frames of the six cylinder diesel main engine. Possibly the whole ship was built by this famous British shipyard, the builders of the SS Titanic.

tigesinaus I used to consider this one of my fears but you'd be surprised by how not scary it is in person. I went snorkeling on a ship wreak in Grand Cayman and the next thing I knew I was free diving down to swim onto what used to be the bridge and just sat down there for a few seconds holding the steering wheel. Its hella cool. Ive since gone scuba diving on the same wreak and another. But dont even get me started on sticks or logs. If any of that touches me underwater ill freak the hell out lol

haha I thought the exact same thing, why are his feet hanging off the side all lazy like. you cant control the kayak properly that way and thats hell on the tail bone to spend any amount of time paddling in that posture. but I am guessing he was just chillin and that was a comfortable way to go. From this experienced kayakers perspective though it is indeed cringe worthy.

There's good reason to fear a cut by rust, rather than a sharp stick, though. Tetanus is anaerobic, and rust has no oxygen inside of it, having used it to convert iron into iron oxide. Tetnus survives a lot better on a rusty surface than a dusty surface. Normally you'd have to dig further underground to find it.

tetani lives in soil and has nothing to do with rust - People mistakenly
associate the two because it was commonly caught from stepping on dirty
nails that happened to be rusty because they had been left outside.
