Well make a video, instead of bashing people that do. This isn't rocket science you don't need proper instruction for everything. The Native Americans didn't take a class on kayaking/canoeing. If your not white-water rafting or swift water, you can figure it out on your own.

That will not get all the water out. If you can get it to the shore, the easiest way is to take the drain plug out and just tip it up on end. Most of the time though getting it to shore is not easy or possible and you'll need a pump or other method.

Oh, dear...This is a fine for a big, wide recreational boat. Those boats are limited in use to flat water paddling. Then he suggests "if your boat is full of water" you just pull it ashore and see-saw it empty... that leaves a lot to be desired! A boat doesn't magically fill with water, and on flat water (where a rec boat is designed for) it isn't likely. But in wind waves, it can happen... that's where bulkheads and sprayskirts are important. YouTube is no substitute for proper instruction.

well by the end of the video he is rid of his paddle thats for sure! I say make a life line (safety line what ever you call it), just a simple rope around the boat (from point to poit bough sides), you can stick your paddle under it and go in the boat and your paddle is still there. you need a life line anyway, if your in the water you want to crap that line and hold on, even when you have a safety jacked its a good idea to have (and cost nothing) *sorry for bad english*

Don’t try entering your kayak in a body of water that is a muddy along the shore with thong sandals. Your thong sandals might get stuck in the mud, causing you to lose your balance…. Wear foot gear that will protect your feet from stepping on broken glass, and fish hooks, that are secure around your feet and ankles.

Very stable boat you got there with a huge cockpit, I think it may have helped telling people to keep their weight in the center of the boat, good tips though for that kind of canoe
