I doubt this boat would stand up to that for very long. Plastic like that also has memory, meaning after years of flexing it will eventually stop flexing back.

I've used storage boxes that use a similar type of design, straps attached at anchor points drilled though corrugate plastic
the folds begin to crack and the anchors eventually pull through the plastic.
