*Just address some of the comments. I registered the kayak the day before we shot this video :) I never thought I’d see the day where I’d be putting an external source of power to propel my kayak. But here we are, it’s 2018 and we’re seeing more and more people with trolling motors, torqueedos, etc on the back of their kayaks to make fishing life easier. This is definitely not the norm but do you remember 2-3 years ago when having pedal/mirage drives wasn’t the norm? Bottom line here is that we’re in a growing sport and if you fish tournaments as much as I do, you understand the importance of being efficient on the water. I fish a lot of tournaments and it’s important to me to spend as little time/energy pedaling to a spot as possible so I can maximize my fishing time . Enter the Bixpy Jet. BTW...complete with foot driven steering and trim. Cost me under $150 including everything. Brand new motor from craigslist. Get creative guys! No need to spend over $1000 on this!!!! My setup will power a fishfinder, lights, and motor for DAYS.

Is this legal in Kayak tourneys and do you have to register it in required states where you fish. I know you fish all over the country. Love the videos...keep'em comin!
