Been following Eddyline since the early 80's looking for design ideas living outside of Denver and later in the North Sound. My daughter is thinking of getting a kayak. Do I build her one or do I let her buy one of those vinyl "spud" boats?Electrostatic polycarbonate?

I just smacked my Eddyline merlin xt on a sharp rock today, and i heard an awful noise. the corbonlite 2000 deformed a lot, and I was sure it would have a huge hole in the boat. I inspected it immediately, and i cannot even tell where it hit. It took the hit, and no damage. great stuff.
