Packing is one thing, but how about making a video on accessing items whilst in the water, and what items need access.

I've paddled the Pacific coast from Brookings, Oregon to Cabo San Lucas etc Although this video was short it emphasizes the major points. Keeping the deck clear reduces windage, impact from waves and makes it easier to roll. Having those essential items close at hand is important. I outfitted my boat with a foot operated pump for those times when an open cockpit with hand pump aren't happening. Never go without a spare paddle, rockets, smoke, dye etc... nice little presentation!

good video, but thats not your usuall sit on top fishing kayak at all. would be more usefull

Hi Paul, generally nice vid, however: it would be helpful if the gear was laid out on a tarp before you start packing. That way the viewer would get a sense of the totality of equipment rather than seeing it piecemeal.
