Buying stone to Aquascape my fish aquariums is killing my pocket book. After some research I figured out its a lot cheaper to just buy it yourself at home improvement stores. Stores like lowes and Home Depot are great places (if you live in the U.S.) You can also check out stores that specialize in tile and flooring. Buying a piece of slate for your fish aquarium that way is much cheaper. Fish like cichlids really depend on hiding spots and just like you see here in the video.. these fish are constantly utilizing these hiding spots. Fish need hiding spots to be apart of their health and habitat setup.
