Bullshit advice!
Many fish shoal, and they need to shoal to be happy!
Keep them as ones, and they are not happy.
Having said this, you must not overstock!!!!
Sorry for the italian.

GOD IS ANGRY RUN
I was making the same connection about the water turning red, and the blood in the water too, but these fishes are still very young so them grouping up doesn't deters predators, because fishes predators tends to be waaay bigger than you. So When you huddle up or forming school in a mass, you're less likely to get single out by predators greatly increasing your chance of survival, because there are so many in your group.
how much do you spend on fish food a year?
The red light is kinda creepy......
I think Redtail Sharks (Epalzeorhynchos bicolor) would add a nice flare to the bottom section of this tank.
keep it up, love your channel and look forward to every new video for 3plus years now.
If the males of this species show off to the girls with red. Does that mean the girls want a dark room to get together to talk about stuff and don't actually notice the male, in this case the male has now become invisible and created his own black hole to do his bidding, Or does the red skin/scales flourese another spectrum to make the girls notice?
Anyway i think to most fishes Red is a sense of danger/blood? hence they school together
Water is heavy without proper support the floors will be damaged
I was wondering if you made a build video of your 6x1x1 "office tank"? Didn't see anything in the video list. I'm also curious how the internal filter was built. Thanks in advance.
This is just a living painting.
I can watch to this all day long.
Great pick for a fish
I now have a new fav fish.
I have to have some.
Thank you for inspiring me
Fish can't see red light (since it is usually filtered out by the water (this is also the reason the sea is blue)), so when you only have red light, they can't see anything and think it's night time and school for safety.
Like if you agree
ALSO WHAT DOES A KOI X RANCHU HYBRID LOOK LIKE???
I personaly love the look of em inbetween the plants
Sounds reasonable, but I don't know for sure. Anybody know how far up the visible light spectrum fish can see?
i must say you and your videos are the best
thay have all the real emotion for the love of fish keeping
great job
I have always been interested in rainbow fish since I've had my 55 gallon. Where do you get yours from? Also, do they have to be in a acidic, neutral, or alkaline tank? Beautiful tank, would be cool if u respond to my questions by tomorrow afternoon. I love your tank! Keep it up!
Sincerely,
Hunter Lengrand
You couldnt know the watervalues like PH, KH,GH etc in the transportwater...
You and the fish can be happy that the differents between your aquariumwater and the Bangkokk-transportwater was so little that the fish could survive the changes....
The transportbag must open, and a little piece of aquarium water takes in every 10-15 minutes... Under att least 4 times in 1 hour...
PH: acidic.
kH: crashed.
GH: no buffer at all
Ammonia: high locked as ammonium
Nitrate: Toxic
Nitrite: Toxic.
Cut and dump is the best method for fish. Any water that isn't the transport water will be better. The only thing you do by drip acclimating is hardening the water to unlock the ammonium to free ammonia, burning the fish and kill them.
Now I am keeping convert cichlid, jaquar cichlid, green terror cichlid and blue demsey cichlid.
Thanks for sharing.
Can you review what foods you will be feeding in these tanks?
The tank is stunning btw. Truly beautiful.
Corydoras catfish. Preferably albino
Bristle nose catfish.
Tank complete
According tot a study, red light improves feeding motivation. But it seems they act as if there is danger, since they school together. Don't know what the natural predators of rainbows are, if there are any.
