Also i noticed u stil had lead on your anubias, that is not very healthy in a long run for your fish, remove it and glue/bind it on wood or stone.

for every plants its best to trim roots before planting and after 3-4 weeks when growth has set in to start trimming leaves and stems to promote sideway growth, this way you can create plants that look densly packed with leaves and stems and with slow down the upwards growth (plants grow towards light).
