SeaWorld doesn't do shit. Their deadliest orca recently died after having been kidnapped from its mother and killing multiple people. They preach love and care but are only in it for the money.

When I first seen the whale sharks on video I thought "How do they have that much room for 4 whale sharks??!?" But I finally went to the GA Aquarium back in June and I was absolutely mind blown seeing how big their exhibit is. You'll see one pass by and you probably won't see the same whale shark within 5 minutes. I'd be pretty happy if I were a fish and had that exhibit to call my home..

Except that these animals travel 100s of times more then that normally, and im worries these might be born in the wild. But yes I do think the aquarium is very large and looks good, I'm also truly thankful for seeing something like it because it's very special. But I do think these animals should be left in the wild.

shouldn't be keeping huge migratory animals like whale sharks and Mantas in tanks, they are complex animals with deep social structures. Inevitably they will die after a short while. (have already read about numerous whale sharks dying quickly) need to be in the open ocean ffs

Well, you clearly don't know why they migrate. They migrate because of decreasing water temperatures and rays and whale shakes will migrate to warmer waters to keep their body functioning properly. Therefore In a 7 billion, controlled temperature aquarium, they don't need to migrate. Know your facts!!

Samantha Smith You act like the fish are in a tank the size of a bath tub. You ever seen the ocean voyage in the GA Aquarium? Almost 2 million gallons, I was skeptical when I heard the tank houses 4 whale sharks.. But i was absolutely mind blown seeing how big their exhibit was, you'd see one whale shark then you probably won't see the same one for 5 minutes.. HUGE!. I'd be a happy fish if I had that exhibit to call my home.. You're taken care of, you got meals, no struggling for survival everyday.. must be nice.

I ve been to the one in Japan, Turkey and the UAE. Although the one in the UAE is the largest, I was more impressed with the Japanese one. Its always very soothing almost a surreal feeling to witness the majestic creatures glide effortlessly in the water. The Japanese aquarium provides a great view and the colour of the water is unbelievably blue. The video just doesn't do justice to it.
