Yes you inspired that,I found them and love them. Iucked up got a pair and now I have fry... Joey keep doing what you doing
You make fantastic and informative videos for all levels of keepers and I'd like to thank you for that. However, it does make me sad some times that you do not pick up more of a variety or rarer fish. A biotope aquarium can be very rewarding and can be informative to people of what can be kept together (regarding aggression, water qualities and temperatures). At the same time, while the fish you spotlight are all fantastic in their own regard, keeping some "rarer" fish could inspire keepers to step their game up to the next level or even help with conservation efforts. In an age where so many natural habitats are being lost, beautiful fish are disappearing from our earth. I'd love to see at least one tank that is a biotope or of an endangered species (I'm particularly in love with the cichlids of Madagascar)! You reach so many people with your amazing videos and I think it'd be great for them to hear about some of these points.
Again, thank you for your amazing videos that teach people so much!
Cheers
probably
Miss seeing him!

It's all jus show off videos.
Joey: this fish insert fish name here never travels well, let me order 500 of them
Fish traveled well, only needed 20. Now have 480 extra.
Hope this helps! Happy Fishkeeping!
again this is just my opinion and I love the work you do but this is just feedback.
maybe change the format a bit where u more explain the background of the species and their biotope, or are you planning to do a complete vid after for each tank after they are fully set up?
Longfin Serpae Tetra (Hyphessobrycon eques) and the Hyphessobrycon amandae come to mind. Or the Flame Tetra, Hyphessobrycon flammeus . or perhaps even Hyphessobrycon pyrrhonotus, but those might be a bit to white
DIY fishkeepers..plssss
Usually Joey goes for silver / white-ish (like he did in this video too) .. Sometimes I feeI that he should wear those color glasses more often and add more colorful fish (or at least mix them.. add variety / diversity ffs haha)
Well.. at least we have some diversity when moving to a tank to another one and so on :D
Oh damn none died. Now I have too many :(
Have to ship them back. Hope they don't die!
How much did he pay you to say that?! He is full of it.
But I kinda agree about this choice.. Not a fan of the silver / white look
I'm wait your subtitle for along time now is done !!!!
I personally do not at all like what fish you buy, the colors make me sick tbh....
I don't like the way you scape either, remember these are my opinions, and you don't have to change yours.
If there were existing fish in that tank I can see the QT, but the tank is empty and closed off.. = a QT
After they get used to the new place and their owner.. most of them are quite social and aware of you
even when sick haha
best youtube channel ever
You say you don't need a trophy or award, but you are totally an egomaniac. Feel very sorry for your fish.
I highly doubt those fish will still be in those tanks in a years time. They will be traded off, swapped out, abandoned or flushed.
Fishkeepers should be looking long term, committed to providing a stable environment for their fish to live a long and rewarding life.
Everything you teach is undoing what the true experts have taught for the past 30 or 50 years. Sad day for fishkeeping.
You make very cool and informative videos!
It will look like a tank full of swimming prisms
Like fish? I like reptiles but still watch joey
Love ya, your doing great
Joey: 40 new fish
Also, I think this video, and the last video talked me into trying out a cichlid. I want an Oscar, but just don't have the room, so I'll be trying out a convict cichlid. I just have to figure out what to do with my current dudes.
My two dream tanks would have to be:
1. A 500 gallon tank with a golden moray eel
2. A 30,000+ gallon aquarium with big/monster fish. It'd probably have a platinum and blood red arowana, a variety of different colored discus and oscars, some koi, a pleco, and assortment of catfish and maybe peacock bass.... Possibly a pearl stingray or two...
I thought about maybe a gar or aropima, but then I saw just how massive they got, so I thought better not cause I'd be scared they'd eat the other fish.
I know, some of them get 2+ feet long. The MINIMUM size I thought about was 30,000 gallons, though I would prefer 60,000. I know it'd have to be custom built like Joey's 2k gallon. Thats why what I'd LOVE to do is have my own house designed, and have it designed around the massive aquarium.
(Not a fan of Discus or Angels)
I have a golden dojo loach of the same size of my female bichir and my bichir leaves her alone
Also bichir dont have the teeth to take down a bigger fish if its isn't dead already
Have you ever considered adding a Black Ghost Knife in one of the tanks?
