What are the anubias under the wood attached to? Fake rocks? What filtration do you have on this besides the sponge? Water is super clear...

Gabriel Posada not true man,African are ok , they can take the high temp easily ,I've had them together but Cichlids become to territorial and aggressive, that's the problem.
