That is amazing and so natural, does not look man made and I like how you use no chemicals. Amazing and you done your bit in giving homes to little creatures and birds etc. Welldone.
Ps is there any info online how to do this so it works out in the longrun ?

I'm really interested in planting my own forest. About 100 acres with a variety of conifers and maple trees in a semi-controlled environment. By that, I mean that I won't allow the natural decomposition of fallen leaves to take place nor will allow dense underbrush to form. Just plain (slightly) unkept grass. Sort of like a fairytail forest. I want to make a pond sufficiently large to allow for substantial biodiversity with a few japanese maple trees on tiny mound hills around and off the perimeter of the pond for shade. Finally, I want a modern log cabin at the center with a nice garden (the maple trees will be within close proximity to the house while the conifers would extend from the some point further from the house all the way to the boundaries of the property). This is my dream and eventhough I won't get to enjoy it much in my lifetime, I hope that those after me will have a great retreat.

hello and well done. What size pump (watts) did you install? and also is it possible to make a totally pumpless backyard pond?

No need for a electrician, no need to turn it it off every night. Go solar power. Only down side are overcast days. But why waste electricity, when you can get sunlight for free?

Hope it works out well. Hiding the solar panel board and giving it plenty of sun is the tricky part.

hello i love your video i is ur wildlife pon have a clay bottem or liner and where ur plants are on the side did u make that a differnt shelf and have you had frogspawn yet im planing on building a nother pond
