Help! im tryin to dig my pond, but my soil is sandy and the walls like to collapse.

There are a few tricks to can try to help it from caving. You can get the soil wet and tamp it down. For the sides you can try balsa wood to help form the sides. You can also try to places the larger rocks fast to keep the pond where you want it without caving. Another tip would be to contact a local Certified Aquascape Contractor in Florida, to see if they have more tips.

I don't think any 1 part is under $100, so you're looking at thousands of $$...for a backyard kit it's around $1k

If I have about 4-5 foot rock wall terrace ...and want a waterfall dripping into a feature like the above what would you suggest?

if you just want a waterfall use one of the pondless kits, which is just the waterfall, or if you want a pond, choose the pond size you want, determine how much flow you want/need, and upgrade your pump or just buy the parts seperate depneding on whats cheaper. they also have videos on determining the pump size you need, and pumps include charts that show flow at certain heights, use those two.
