Full of shit, clearly an opening for drainage into a nearby lake or pond, it is obvious because the camera man tries his best not to film past the bridge which would obviously show the massive lake next to the bridge they are fishing on.

I also experienced this.. A drain that connect with a Drainage from paddy fields.. In that drain, I have caught more than 10 big catfish.. All weight of the Catfish that i have caught is in about 1kg to 3kg.. Last 2 week, i caught a 2.0kg Catfish.. People around things i and my friends are not professional fishing at a dirty drain.. They dont know what kind of fish in that drain.. And they also didn't know that the water in the drain, not dirty as they thought.
