Most of you have already seen our corner aquarium setup. But while taking you guys on a tour at my local fish store the other day, my buddy Eric told me to get some shrimp pellets to add to our corydoras catfish collection. And, I did just that! So along with getting to see me buying some more new fish, you guys get to see the elusive rope fish caught on camera! Not only did I get him on camera, but I got footage of him feeding! He seems to love the new Omega One shrimp pellets, as well as our angelfish, rummynose tetra, and pretty much every fish inside the fish room! Lol! The aquarium plants inside both planted tanks seem to be taking off with their new Beamswork led lights! Both the corner tank, and the 5 gallon Fluval Spec are way brighter than before! I wish I would have bought a new Beamswork light for the mata mata turtle setup as well. The one I bought for it is no where near as bright as my other two Beamswork lights. I just told Joey Slay Em a few minutes ago, ''I'm all the South Florida YouTube Legends' cousin from up in Tennessee!'' Haha! That one is the Aqueon corner 56 gallon I believe. It's a weird gallon. Not 55. May be 58. if you google Aqueon corner tank, it will be the one closest to 56 gallons.

I just did water changes on all mine a few days ago. Hopefully your water stays crystal clear now! I had to order a new Fluval 406 canister filter for the mata mata setup. The small canister filter that came with that zoo med turtle tank, is just too small. It is not able to fully knock out the smell from the turtle waste. So, I ordered that big boy Fluval one. Hopefully that will do the trick!

I was all ready to give this a thumbs up, but then that evil dummy showed up at the end. Of course now, I have to ask for the ventriloquist show. That ropefish is pretty killer. I like that better than the bichirs myself.

+Tanner Flowers Yea that what i was hopeing for but only problem is in the mornings the tank get a few hours of direct light so i think thats why it bloomed so bad and i have no where too move it... plus moveing a 125gal tank is ROUGH for someone like me. But im going too leave the light off do a small water change and hope for the best

+Tanner Flowers i kept talking too my friends about it they said no... wont help... blah blah.... but i wanted to try it and you agreeing is all i needed too unplug it so its not on a 12 hour cycle now so ill just leave it alone for a few days see how it is and maybe do like a 50% water change.... even tho i hate too do that But i mean... its the worst bloom i have ever had hah

+johnny1upz I would try leaving it off for about 3 days straight. Unless you turn it on to feed your fish momentarily. 3 days with no light should make a noticeable difference.

And yeah im trying to manage this algae bloom in the new 125 i mean its the worst ive ever seen... and water changes so far have done nothing so im kinda up the creek without a paddle right now

Thank you very much Dark Myth! I just ordered a new Fluval 406 canister filter for the mata mata. That filter that came with it is not enough to keep the smell knocked out! Can't be having that! When I get the driftwood inside the mata mata tank, it is going to look way better!
