You obviously didn't read my comments.
There are most certainly shrimp in freshwater. In fact saltwater shrimp are raised in freshwater ponds in fish farms. Also there are freshwater shrimp too but they don't grow as large.
I bet there are shrimp in there maybe not large ones but you still think the Bass there wouldn't eat shrimp any way? I have fished lakes with live shrimp and done very well. That said the bait is in fact a shrimp NOT A CRAW!!!!!! If it Imitates a craw why does it look like a fucking shrimp?
How exactly? If it's a topwater? I never seen crawfish jumping on top have you? You think Bass don't eat Shrimp? Why is it called a Shrimp and looks exactly like one? You sir are the one that needs to shut up.
