A big thanks to John Peraua for sharing his recipe. Hey everyone.. I’ve made something a little different for this video. I was inspired by the Coromandel Kayak get together. Everyone contributes to a pot luck dinner after the fishing. In the three years I’ve been at the event.. me and my stomach have happy memories of two dishes. Curried Eggs – of which the cook remains anonymous And Raw fish.. put together by the Raw fish maestro John Peraua. The ingredients: Lemons, Coriander, Red Onion, Lemon pepper, Kara Coconut Cream, Salt. The fish used today are Kahawai and Snapper.
