cristian venegas, you can catch them off the beach using pieces of shrimp, or if you want to just buy them Whiteys usually has them.

This video made me cringe ! You fought this snook to the point of total exhaustion, dragged it across rocks, let it bounce around in between rocks... and shoved it back without reviving it.
You are an ass ! This video should be a testament to exactly what not to do to a snook ! There's no way in hell that fish swam away after floating "stiff" on it's side like that... it was in total lactic-shock ! Most likely why you cut the video so quickly... it floated to the bottom.

cristian venegas We brought him out because he had 2 or 3 hooks in him- all freshwater worm hooks. We also jumped in with him to make sure he was revived. We also had 3 people working as a team to get him out and right back in. It was legal size to remove for a pic. Any bigger and you can't take them out. Big props go to Kyle @endlessaction_sportfishing who was quick to jump in and assist

Clay don't listen to this googan that snook is probably dead cause he's such a bad fisherman. you should lip any sized snook just make sure you hold their bellys up with your other hand

+Javier Medina you also gotta know where the fish sit. I personally like the South side of Sebastian because it's not as crowded. All the snook and reds wait right off the rocks on both tides for the bait to flow right past em. Whiteys bait shop usually had croakers so try them!

44studawg I use a split shot to keep the bait under the seaweed and wash from the birds plus it keeps it closer to the snook when they hide near the rocks.

I noticed some folks doing the split shot or freelining there. Is it better at preventing snags and keeping the bait alive? Id figure the bait would live longer since its not being dragged along the bottom by the current.
