Watch this true documentary called The Bay about a fourth of July in like Maryland I belive , I think they removed it off Netflix but I have the copy still on my pc it's crazy how big these isopods could get n how in brackish water they were going crazy eating all the fish n humans in there site it's crazy how big they became from hormones in chicken poop that like parasite eggs I guess escaped thru there water filter n into there drinking water n coming outta humans eating them alive , biting off there to unless as well as fish! They abandoned hospital n quarantined whole parts confiscating cell phones , a reporter survived n till this day no documents of who ordered that massive shut down, proudly the president at that time.

I can tell that's a real giant isopod, but this video HAS to be staged. It's a deep water organism, no way it was just chilling in some canal. They must have fished it out somewhere and then planted it there themselves.

Agreed. Someone on another video suggested Hooters might have got them in with their crab shipment and dumped them in the pond/canal. I would think their supplier would've noticed isopods of that size mixed in though. They must know fishermen with a trawler or something.
