King Mackerel also known as kingfish are a saltwater species of fish we have here in Florida. They are thought to be a TRASH Fish by most people. I decided to do a RAW trash fish taste test and challenge myself to turn this trash fish into an EPIC dinner, with sushi, raw sashimi, pan seared crispy skin kingfish and a vegetable stir fry. Recipe is as follows -
10-13 keylimes(or regular limes, but never lemons)
2-3lbs of fish,
1 thumb size piece of ginger
6-8 cloves of garlic,
1/2 yellow onion/white onion
6 stalks of celery,
6 sprigs of cilantro.
First you squeeze all your keylimes into mixing bowl then add your minced garlic and ginger into bowl. Add salt to preferred taste. Then add your fish into your keylime juice mix and let cook in refrigerator for 2-3hrs then once finished cooking add your thin julienne cut onions into bowl and square cuts of celery stalks into bowl and add cilantro on top as garnish. Optional to add to the end is square diced cube cuts of red and yellow bell peppers. Serve ceviche on top of green leaf lettuce flowers on the side with boiled/baked sweet potato. You can also add dry corn nuts to the ceviche. Yum!! Great video by the way and i will try to prepare ceviche how you did it looked fresh and delicious !!

Using that term is a sample of inmense STUPIDITY. No matter if you are a commercial fisherman or not.
It doesn't matter...there is not such a thing called "TRASH FISH".

........ one of the most amazing tasting fish... i normally enjoy your videos but this title tilted me, you need to check yourself before you wreck yourself haha jk, fish on and tight lines !
king mackerel is just giant spanishs to me. lol
U should to a battle of families fishing challenge where brook and her family goes out in her boat and u and your family go out in your boat u could do most fish legal fish or most species
