This is a 10 Gallon Nano Reef Tank that I built for my 2 sons, 8 & 4. Stocking 2 Clownfish and a small Pajama Cardinal, couple snails and Blue Leg micro hermit crabs and a Coral Banded Shrimp. They do water changes with some help from me. We have it measured out how much salt to add to the water so it comes out perfect. I also have a digital refractometer that is easy for my 9 year old to use.
I put kalkwasser on a small dosing pump to maintain calcium and alkalinity.
I use Reef Crystals salt.

Calcium at 420 and alk at 9. I use Kalkwasser in the top-off water.
How long you keep the lights of the Reactor on? Did you buy the small pump too and the tubes? Where you bought the algea? As is out of stock in marinedepot do you think the small size one will work too?
