Kent products are the best, don't use Red Sea. Red Sea will wipe out your whole tank.
And Rea Sea won't care.

I agree with you on the Phosphate Rx, it is a great product but right when i added some into the tank all my snails when upside down! no casualties, just all started to fall off from the glass

What is the purpose of the vinegar?

+Michael Jordan Hi Mike I use it for carbon dosing. You can use Bio pellets, Vodka, but I use vinegar. Cheaper, research it.

915Mang Always do research first.. lesson 1 lol. Its the kind of fish u need to get close to appreciate. Mine's constantly picking at the rocks, little shy but thats not a bad thing. Good luck

yea the thing about the mandarin is that in a 180g with large fish you really won't have a lot of luck teaching him to eat... better make sure there's enough pods and hopefuly he'll start picking at floating pieces of brine and mysis with time..

915Mang actually I think a mandarin would be very happy in your tank... there's a lot of rock and not a lot of wrasse.. I just know the feeling because everytime I see a mandarin at the LFS i say to my self "later.. we'll let the tank mature a bit more..." but honestly in my 90g tank I have 3 wrasses, a butterfly and still I see tons of pods on the glass... I think I'll get a leopard wrasse first for my wrasse family and if I'll still see pods on the glass after the leopard wrasse I'll get a mandarin (who knows if I still see pods after the mandarin I might get 2)
