Beautiful work, brother! A lot of people say it's impossible, but I swear, UV cleared my tank of ich in 3 months. Each ich outbreak was lighter than the month before, then it was gone. That was over a year ago. 24w UV on a 75g tank.

AEFW absolutely suck. Hate to say it. I had to pull everything out and put into a plastic tub. Starve main tank and dip everything for 6 weeks.

Looking to do a 500 gallon. What do you use to remove humidity? Any real problems. Coming from a 220 sps tank. Tanks looks awesome.

Chris F no problem with humidity but I do run a dehumidifier an i have a window with a fan to blow air out.

Awesome video and info. just subscribed. You are right, when I started back in 2002 information was very hard to come by for keeping reef tanks and the LFS let you spend all your money on things you didn't need. The networking among reef keepers today is amazing. Thanks for helping the reefing community with your knowledge.

Amazing tank! Lol flatworms drove me crazy i took out all my rocks dry them , i had lots in the sump too tho , and dipped all my coral , my tank been empty of rocks just corals and almost 40fish

Reefing Kenny Geo 818 is a commercial-grade pretty much calcium reactor so it is a single chamber but I do have an old Chamber from a MRC that I do use as well.

Chip Douglas hey thanks for the comments, basically I would just leave it how you have it on the 40 breeder! if you are getting awesome color and you enjoy how it looks to you I wouldn't do nothing different, it's all about how you like viewing it as long as the corals are getting good spectrum and they're looking good I wouldn't change anything.
