I don't know the brand of flow sensor, but if Geoff is using them you can be sure they are bomber. Their purpose is to tell the computer monitoring system (Sensaphone) in the event that flow stops (i.e. failed pump, tripped breaker, overheated pump, etc.), so that it can call him on his cell.

The shelving/racks are made from fiberglass angle for the frame and 1/2" thick starboard (white polyethylene sheet) for the shelves.

The pumps are Pentair Intelliflow Variable Speed 3HP and believe it or not, the best price I got was on Amazon.com from some pool supplier called "In The Swim Pool Supplies". Yeah - I know crazy right? And it was several hundred dollars cheaper than my normal wholesalers. So I called the pool supply company to confirm and they said they buy the pumps in bulk. Yay Amazon.com.
