Can you advise, i have setup a marine tank 130L, its 4 weeks on cycle now with no fish, my amonia is .25, my nitrite is .25, my nitrate it 0, PH is 8.2, I am new to this but it doesnt seem right, I added an ager and stability, I am sick of waiting :) can i speed things up with the suggestion you make above?

I usually wait 4 weeks but with Dr Tims you can add fish within days.

Corals need flow. Some corals need more, some corals need less. A wave maker pulsates creating an actual wave at the surface of your aquarium imitating the ocean

How high do you set the rw8? I've been looking at those and figured the rw4 would work better for my 27 gallon cube. I'm sure you mentioned it before but what test kit are you using for ammonia, nitrites & nitrates? Lastly I've read that when cycling a saltwater tank with ammonia do 2ppm VS the 4ppm I did with freshwater.

Thanks. About a quarter of the way down. Yeah an 4w will be fine. I use API and selferite for all the others. Pot, Ca, Mg, Kh, alkalinity. Last one not sure. I just let it go and added some hardy clean up crew to cycle it then added fish after a mo th of that

That is one nice pump. Your tank looks sick, and you are getting Reefer madness! Anemone in the future? It took my clowns 3 months to finally nest in a bubble tip that I had, but it unfortunately got killed in a pump. Good job.

Thanks. I've actual ever thought about it. I think that would be a great experiment. Give it a shot and let me know how it works. I think planted tanks for the most part need constant flow but I've also never heard of that they could work on a wave maker

tank looking good... def have something big enough to keep to happy for awhile this time. Tried to convince you to get the jebao rw-4 instead of the rw-8.. those pumps are so damn powerful the rw-4 would have worked just as good.. and its only half size of the rw-8.. im sure rw-8 cant be turned up over %30 without throwing water out the tank lol... grab you a JBJ ATO .. there are a lot of other options but i have never had one fail me yet... good luck on this build man..

Sounds good. "If" you have a smart phone just download google hangouts app. It's free and then you talk just like texting. Only have chats with people you want to talk too. Like I talk to Jorden Watkins and a bunch of people all the time. I've become pretty good friends with some folks.

Yea ether way u will have plenty of flow. I just remember that wp-10 I had in my old tank and thinking how much overkill it was and rw series is ever stronger. All good tho. And never used that ato I'm sure it will work the same as others. Unfortunately I only have these comments to chat on. I see people adding me on google plus but I never figured out how to use it... I don't have Facebook or anything else. If u have question drop it on a vid. It emails me comments and I check email frequently... Other than that I'm like a old man... Stay away from all the online stuff.

Thanks bro. Appreciate it. I tried messaging you before I made the purchase. I thought you said 1 rw8 or 2 rw4's. So I went with the one rw8. Anyway to late now, It's at a little over 50% right now. I like it a lot. It's down in the tank enough and has good flow in the setting I finally picked. I ended up buying the hydro ATO last night. It was on sale and had some good reviews.
