actually ive got this protein skimmer juste about 2 weeks now, and I really can't find the right spot for him to not overflow, the water level is at minimum and the bubble I try to put them at first of the collection cup but seems to always find its way up and go crazy please help… im kinda diseapointed because my tank is a fluval evo 14.5 made by fluval I thought it was going to be easy… help or garbage?

THAT SKIMMER DRIVE ME CRAZY i have to empty it so often no matter how i adjust .The tiny lid never sits on firm aside from that my tank is in great shape for my first salt water tank experience . i'm new only had this little test tank 6 months already for a upgrade to a 32 g my space is limited can't give up anymore space or i get the broom to the back of my head .

Great video! I want a small skimmer for my 8g nano! But I just feel like this skimmer is just a little too big for my tank, hopefully I can find a smaller skimmer that'll get the job done!

So many things offered for sale to the aquarist but so many not worth it or just not good for some applications. I figure hobbiests spend million on not needed items. My salt water has no skimmer and does just fine.

Nice video. With the skimmer in, will you be making some sort of new cover (lid) for the tank, because I see the old glass lid will not fit properly with the newly added skimmer? As your setup is now I would expect a lot more evaporation of water with the lid not being able to fit properly.
