for a clownfish you should use at least a 10 gallon tank or more.

used one of those on my refugium - didnt do much for my chaeto - dunno if it will do much for your gps in the pico tank.. looks good tho time will tell how it does with easy corals

+Nicolas' Aquariums I turn off the lights and close the shades. if the main light is from the tank it minimizes the glare.
