saltwater fish is the same thing. i bought some fish and they all had ick. 1 week later it wiped out most of my fishies.

You know what, Rico, that fish won the lottery! A lot of customers would probably not have been as well equipped to nurse this fish back to a strong , healthy state. It looks better already...

Nice update. Hope the fish get back to full health soon. I had the same problem with a Naso Tang and gave it some Caulerpa from the sump ( IT WOULD NOT EAT THE DRIED FOOD ) and it was back to full health in a week :)

Have repeatedly not had good luck or good quality of fish from live aquaria. Buy from you local fish store. Spend the few extra dollars. Don’t need to deal with the hassle.

while i agree that Live aquaria has a good reputation, I like to support my LFS. sites like live aquaria are killing small businesses imo

I've heard quite a bit of people having issues with LA however I have made at least 15+ orders with them and never had them send me the wrong stuff or DOA. I have had a few fish die within a couple days for no apparent reason but Liveaquaria has always took care of me. I never think twice about ordering from them.

Ive bought from LA. Ive had a few Chromis die within 24 hours. They refunded the money without question. The rest of the fish looked great.

Great representation of the true liveaquaria..for whatever reason people hate on them online, but I too have only received stellar service from them!
