Monster Saltwater Reef Tank Coral Purchace - Part 3

In this series of videos, I documented my experiences with acquiring really big saltwater reef tank SPS corals. From picking the corals up from a Local Fish Store, that was going out of business, to acclimatizing them to my 150 gallon reef tank - I take you through all the phases. This is a 150 gallon acrylic tank with 60 gallon sump. Wish I could get bigger but no space in this house. As a result this is a compact system in my mind... LOL
Almost dropped that one. LOL
Hey thanks man. been in a holding pattern lately as everything is stable but more videos are coming down the pipe. Thanks for the sub. Cheers
I dont really like to get into prices, but I will say that it wasn't cheap. I am happy with what I paid for it, though, and am grateful that it is in my care.
Hey, whats up Mad Hatter. Thanks :) Great to see ya up in action again :) Happy Reefing
I know what you are talking about. im not a fan of the "wall" look. It is hard not to expand out onto the sand bed though sometimes. Thanks for the comment and sub

Pretty much what Im thinking as well. I cant see buying any coral for a very long time unless I get a bigger tank LOL.
Hey thanks man. Did you hear it crunching when I was putting it in? LOL! I felt like I was going to drop it at any minute and thats why I was saying, "awww shit." LOL Anyway, thanks for the comment. Happy Reefing
Keep the vids coming
That store went out of business, hence my purchase of some of their 10yr old display corals. I run the same lights as him - modified ecoray 60d.
