You seem to be a new hobbiest. A marine tank can be done in 5k, whereas it can go upto a few lakhs aswell. There are lots of gadgets and equipments of different grades and brands. I don't blame you sir, but probably your supplier hasn't explained you completely. If you are making a reef tank (or future reef tank) please make sure you buy a chiller, unless you are planning to run the room's AC 24x7. Secondly a wave maker plays a very important role in the reef system. Some inverts need low flow, some need high flow. So as per your livestocks you can plan a Wavemaker. There are many other factors which helps the system to become stable in long run, e.g. Protein Skimmer, Light, Sump, Refugium etc. I am not going to explain these here. However, if you are interested to learn, there are 1000 articles on them. Learning and patience is the key to a successful reef keeping.
We definitely know about Galiff street. Infact we supply to few of them there. But hardly high quality livestocks and accesories are sold there for marine.

u can easily get those so called expensive items at a very low cost from there and wave maker is not at all needed..!!
u can visit several stores..
for reference please visit the marine aquarium shop at Lake Mall...
and ask them the price of 50 litre marine tank...
I Wish they will also tell 75000... XD
btw, once you clear my doubts about chiller and keeping the tank cool, I would like to ask about lights, skimmer, sump systems, filter media, live rocks, live sands and last but not the least, wave maker. Btw, this tank is running a hydor wave maker. Hope it fits in the 10k budget aswell. :-P

if u are using an A.C room there is no need for a chiller....
chillers are not always needed for reef aquariums...
in India I have seen several marine tanks without chiller that are doing great..
my tank also does not contain any chiller...
and I have faced no problem..
this tiny piece of shit only costs 8000-10000...
my aquarium is of 100 litres and it had cost me 16000...
