Good information but the spelling is very distracting have you considered a spell check? Write your script in word or similar and then run a spell checker. You are clearly giving helpful info but don't come over as knowledgeable with so many spelling errors. Even the title is spelt wrong. " The Power Head . How to Build A Reef Tank" . Its possible that English isn't your first language but a quick spell check will improve your information dramatically.

If they are 800g per hour this sounds O.K. Some times cheaper power heads can get weeker over time, and reduce in flow. This will take 1-2 years. A round 20* your tank volume per hour is a good starting point.

Steelo post a lot of confusing videos. Thats one of the reasons I started a series called Easy Reefing. I want to teach people how to do this without confusing them. Great that you did so much research. When is the next video coming out?

To many people on you tube, (newyork steelo The klein reef, Boywithafishtank) not fully undersanding the hobby, so not realizing the infomation they are giving out is wrong. Yes there are many right way to set up a tank, but just because your tank works, it doesn't mean you fully understand whats going on.
I'm not a scientist (I leave that the the rest of my family) but I just seem to understand it easily, so know what should be said, and what you don't need to know.
I once asked biochemist and reef keeper Randy Holmes Farly, what he thought of steelos dosing video, where he trys to tell us that cacium and carbonate from a 2 part, buffer each other out. Randy said the video was very confusing!!!.

7 months 25g fish only, then 3 years with a reef tank. (15 months with a 4 ft 62g, and 21 months with my current 5ft 100g). I make it look easy. It was anything but easy, when I first started.

Thanks. You can never give exact flow rates for every tank, but no tank needs an exact amount of flow.
