Yeah it does. Thankfully we only get a few snowstorms in NYC winters. I learned the hard way not to leave pumps outside.

I live in an apartment. Just like you limkted on space. So i have to keep it to minimal equipement. Good thing to grocery store is only a block away to get water. Best of luck on 1k subs. Thanks for posting. I'm looking to get started and not having a basement puts me in this same position. I'm subscribing so that hopefully you'll take us on a step-by-step on getting into the Triton method. Please be very detailed.

I can tell you it was a lot less than ZEOvit. ZEOvit cost me over $1200 the first year including the reactor. Triton is less than $500 and that includes budgeting for 4 ICP test a year at $50 each.

Great video boss but isn't 90 psi a bit to high for your RO/DI System..?

I don't think so. Why would 90 PSI be too high. It still produces 0 TDS water and BRS produces the best canisters out there. These won't crack or break under 90 PSI - Maybe some other manufacturers will.

Great video once again but I wanted to know how far is the distance of the water being pumped away at its furthest point roughly in that RO/DI tubing? I think with the mag5 that I have I could get water to my tank with that tube and it'll help with w/c. If I could get maybe 15-20 ft out of it id never carry another bucket.

I ordered 32 feet of tubing and I think I'm using all of it. I wish I had gone larger to 1/2 tubing.

Great video lovely to see how others cope with this. I own a coachhouse so my pressure is good, I have a large storage room; RODI under the sink plumbed in permanently with auto shut off, piping through the wall to a brute bin which has a [aqua medic external pump] on it and heater this can circulate the water and also has plumbing through my ceiling to auto water change. Lost around 20gallon through leak testing haha

ReefingwithO I only have a 45 gallon cube and it costs me £5 a week on a water change plus another £2.50 on ro top ups so pretty cheap really I would say alot more on a system like yours

What size is your tank and how much does ready made salt mix cost? I considered that when I had a smaller tank but it wasn't worth it in the long term.

Love your tank and videos. I live in an apartment but still haul a 5 gallon bucket to do WC. My tank is only 33 gal so I only change 5 gal at a time. My friend was able to install my rodi under my kitchen.

Im in a similar boat. With a smaller system I use the python to pull water out and use a 10gallon Brute to mix. I also keep 10g rodi on hand in Hedpack containers.
