Ferdinando Magellano was born in Sabrosa in the province of Tras-os-Montes in northern Portugal. ;)

I really liked this yacht. I did some research and found a dealer, even.
Then I saw this... https://youtu.be/msP-yHaU1Ts It's too bad, because Azimut has some beautiful designs. And the Magellano seems functional.

It was an unfortunate experience a buyer had with his brand new Azimut from Marine Max. Quality control issues such as poor workmanship such as glassed over wiring and nuts and bolts in the engine rooms. Spider cracking in the stern area, even tho the yacht was brand new. An engine issue that was supposedly fixed, but the mechanics at Marine Max did the work on the wrong engine. Etcetera.

What about the Cranchi 53 trawler? I would really like to see a review of that yacht. It`s not such a premium brand as Azimut, but at interior-exterior space management, I think, it beats the 53 Magellano. Not that I can afford to buy either of them...
