Anthony Vo He didn't say that 700 was for the 2 positions. Dock fees, maintenance, gas etc and a couple of semi permanent positions would jack it up to 700 or so.

If it has a 15000 liters of fuel, at 25 knts you can go continuously about 2 days that makes the range of this boat about 1200 NM. However, I doubt that it has that big fuel tank. Addendum: I checked the Azimut website. 77S has a 4000L fuel tank standard. which makes the range 333 NM at 25 knts.

The Pershings are nice looking but the interiors are bland and I don't think they have a fly bridge.

Whats not to like about the Azimut 77S -- Well, the seating on the bridge could be a little better arranged. But other than that this is an awesome cruiser.

Sry, I don't speak eng (I try with Google help).
We use Diesel, Nafta or Gasolio, probably the similar name confused you.
In Italian Petrolio (Petroleum) is the name that indicates hydrocarbon in general.
Gasolio or Nafta>Diesel fuel
Benzina>Petrol fuel
Petrolio> Petroleum

I think he is using the word synonymous to Italian word "carburante" which means fuel, because there is no word in Italian as "petrol." The equivalent to the word petrol the way Britishit use to differentiate gasoline from diesel is BENZINA in Italian.

Woah, only 4 Million? I thought once you hit the "Yacht" range of greater than 50', truly "yacht" then it would be more like $10m every 10'. 77s being closer to $7,700,000,000.00Because they can. And 10% a year to maintain 100% status.Even though, a dream for me to hope for.

+MrJadah Jjames ~ 4million USD and range is ~ 700km(max) with full water and fuel supplies (including 2 water scooters inside the hangar) on half speed (17.5knot) if i remember all correctly. actually range is 665km but you must consider the fact that traveling eats fuel for the engine and water for you. thus dropping your overall weight. more fuel and drinking water you consume lighter you are and even less fuel you need to propel yourself forward. that's why i said roughly 700km. this yacht is my dream. but i am poor and will never have it in my entire life. if you can afford it i wish you happy traveling with this yacht. i guess they can chop off 0.5 million if you refuse to take furniture and some hardware onboard. this yacht is really overpriced i think. but it's max speed 35knots has another advantage. if god forbid and radar shows suspicious vessel going your way, supposedly a pirate, you may push this yacht to limit and use it's high speed as a defense weapon. since it holds 4100 liters of fuel there is no way that anything may outrun you from high distance during 10 - 20 hour chase on 35knots. with it's onboard scooters you may get to any shallow or rocky shore that could not accommodate the yacht itself.in short, it's a swimming highspeed portable mothership :))))

Great job Azimut for using the Volvo Penta IPS system. It amazes me how many boat builders continue to lack behind and continue to release new ships that still use straight shafts. How can you argue with increased performance, a 20% gain in fuel economy and the added advantages of being able to use smaller engines? I would however like to see them use the complete IPS system including the IPS glass cockpits (with larger touch screens). I especially loved that there was a tender garage in this unit as there is nothing worse than having to leave your expensive tender sitting on a swim platform or on the fly.

John Salazar Not many yards can service IPS. If you have a problem off the coast of Mexico, or most places around the world, you're outta luck.
