Service from jenneau sucks! I have bought a 349 and it is delivered to me uncomplete and with many defects... They don't mind customer satisfaction... The service and delivery was awful!!! I will tell all the people who asks my opinion about Jeanneau, I will tell all how I felt, how they made me crazy, how they delivered the boat with all the missing things and low quality finishing... And after all they ignored my requests to complete all repair all missing parts including the hole in the hull... I remind, It was a new boat..
