Yes, it's shaped for more powerful, round waves. The Rocker is slightly higher, it is narrower and the round tail all work together to provide optimal hold and maneuverability when the surf is pumping.

Thanks buddy. So would u put the v3 stealth up against these boards? Dims seem similar.. just the more dramatic wings and diamond rocket tail.. Are you guys going to be doing a review on the stealth? I don't think I could find it on your YouTube channel..

Cheers Craig, we will have a V3 Stealth review coming soon. Another big difference between the rest of the V3 series is the nose width, the stealth is narrower for better performance in steep waves and tighter axis turns.

How does this board compare to the quiver killer in good wave performance?

Hey Craig, Thanks for writing in. Both boards cover a similar range. The V3 has a narrower nose for tighter radius turns on steep faces while the Quiver Killers wider nose offers more paddle power and ease of use. Cheers - Ashlon

Trip weighs about 200lbs and stands at 6'2. If you use the Lost Volume factor and set your weight and Guild Factor to ~.38 you will be able to find your dims similar to what Trip was surfing http://lostsurfboards.net/volume-calculator/
