The Winged Twin is UNLIKE anything I have surfed before. It has Twin Fin speed, with the agility and quickness from rail to rail like a high performance short board. Some of the obvious attributes that separate the Winged Twin is the pulled in nose and tail that offer excellent pivot for performance surfing. The sleek foiled nose design keeps it free from catching from turn to turn and the reduction in surface area in the tail makes for precise pocket surfing. Order it custom as a Twin Fin or add a center box to shred it as a Twin Fin + Trailer for more control and pivot. I highly recommend the Winged Twin for intermediate to pro level surfers in 1-6’ surf. For you Thruster guys looking for a high-performance Twin Fin this is it. I suggest ordering it with the center box for surfers who do not shred Twin Fins often. My board dimensions in this review: 5’5” x 19 ¼ x 2 3/8 Liters 25.70 (Twin Fin Only) Colored Board 5’5” x 19 x 2 ¼ Liters 24.80 (Twin + Trailer) White Board Recommended Futures Fins: Twin Fins = Al Merrick Keels Twin + Trailer = Akila Aipa Twins + TT1 Trailer fin My Height: 5’9” My Weight: 160 lb or 72.57 kg
We had Aipa, Lopez and most other International Shapers including Australian Shapers making these Legendary brands through Our factory back when, up in the roof We had folders of Their Logos.
Ripping on anything as usual, Unreal Stuff.
