Just came across one of these for sale locally for $17.5k without a trailer. It was refitted with twin merc 6.2s in '08, less than 50 hours on them. Ad says the trim tabs are frozen but that should be an easy fix. Worth it?

You should give it a run with a pair of 502's and actual thru hull exhaust. Not thru the hull and into some half water filled chamber in the swim deck so as not to offend any one by being too loud! My moto is I am Big Block Hear me!I mix in one Prius for every 100 gal of gas. Big Blocks run so much better , and frankly sound much better with a little Prius mixed in the fuel! How much hemp wearing, soy whatever eating tree hugger do you think I should add to the mix? Operators are standing by.......

The first couple minutes of this video is classic, funny stuff! Been selling boats and in the boat business all my life and the video is fun to watch and the boat it's self is very cool for it's time! The SR1 is definitely a boat that has set it's self apart back in the day! She likes to run, mid 60's is not a bad for stock motors!

Not bad if there stock 330hp 7.4L motors. If there 454 Mags I'd expect more like high 60's on Mirage 21P props.
